Christians, come against Churchianity and offer something better. People need to see Jesus. We are Living Letters, the only Gospel they will See. Gospel is supposed to mean GOOD NEWS: What we see in Churches is anything but. They really don’t relate well at all and they expect people to come into that.
Gospel is supposed to REFLECT JESUS. People want to See Jesus and we need to Give a Clear Image of Him. That’s the only way they will find Him because the Bible has become a source of confusion (in their minds) due to so many Religious Creeds and Religious dogma.
So we need to See Churchianity for what it really is: a very poor picture of Jesus. It really is. It’s Institutional; it’s self-absorbed; its entertainment……. and Jesus is into non of those.
His intentions are Clear in Scripture, the Recipe has not changed. Go back to the Pattern and do things the New Testament Way.
Let me tell you, it will not bring you money – the World is into Money – Churches will not ditch the system, because they have their Income tied up in that. Jesus never called us to that type of thing. Its anti-scriptural (its at cross purposes with scripture)
Concerning Home Churches: Pastors will always tell you “it’s wrong” …… “don’t go there”……. “you must have a covering” …… Of-course they’ll see things that way because it threatens their source of income – there’s nothing in it for them, they’ll have to go out to work. Sadly “no-one wants that, do we?”
They like being in-charge and playing the pastor role. Home Churches don’t offer that, and if they did, the Salary would be too small:)
Come on now Christians, Wake Up and see it for what it really is: it’s fast becoming a profit making industry – same as any other industry (with a religious name tag) and has been becoming that way for decades.
It can never please God and Never Will. It is not Christ Commissioned; it is Not found in Scripture; it is Selfish and Self-Serving; Man is in Control and they don’t want to give up their Role. It can never Please Jesus, because He said “Follow Me, listen to My Words and do them”……..”If you Love Me, you will Follow Me” not half a dozen preachers or some Celebrity Preacher!
In this Day, we must pull away from all that and prove ourselves Faithful. This means “JESUS or The System?” You can’t serve both – impossible because they’re at cross purposes and always have been. He has been Patient for a time, and Calls us on now, to Better Things – the Way He wants them. New Testament Christianity. There is no other – that is Christianity. You have been serving Churchianity – there is a difference, as you have been reading.
